I offer both in-person and remote services. By providing choice, this offers my clients flexibility and ensures they can access the support they need, in a way that suits them best.
Medicare
- $225 per 50 minute session

You may be eligible for a Mental Health Treatment Plan under the Better Access Initiative to Mental Health Care. This plan provides a Medicare rebate of $98.95 per session.

To receive the rebate, you must be referred under a Mental Health Treatment Plan by your GP, paediatrician, or psychiatrist.
Private Health Insurance
- $225 per 50 minute session

If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible to claim back a portion of your session fee. You will be provided a receipt following your appointment which will allow you to make a claim independently.
WorkCover, CTP & Third Party Providers
- $267 per 50 minute session

We offer psychological services through WorkCover Queensland, CTP insurance and to third party providers. In order to access these services, please provide your WorkCover or CTP claim number, along with your case manager’s details (name and email) to confirm the number of approved sessions.
There are no out-of-pocket expenses for clients under WorkCover or CTP. However, if your sessions have not been approved by Workcover or your CTP insurer, you will be responsible for the costs.
Please note that Workcover and CTP insurance do not cover late cancellation fees, therefore you will be liable for these fees should you cancel or fail to attend your appointment.
Cancellation Policy

When an appointment is made, it is reserved specifically for you. Therefore, we require 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. The following cancellation policy is in place to allow us to offer the allocated time to another person, who may be waiting for an appointment.
Cancellations between 24 & 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. While the FULL FEE will be charged for an appointment that has been missed with no notice (non-attendance), or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.
We understand that sometimes you may not be able keep an appointment because of unexpected circumstances. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation - as in the event of illness your appointment can be changed to telehealth.
