About Me
As a psychologist, I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and genuinely client-centred therapeutic space. I believe therapy works best when people feel understood, respected, and empowered and my approach reflects that.
I draw on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build insight, develop meaningful coping strategies, and move toward the life they want to live.
I work with a wide range of clients aged 16 and up, and have a passion for supporting individuals from various backgrounds including the LGBTQIA+ community, and neurodiversity. I value creating an affirming environment where people can explore identity, relationships, and personal challenges safely and authentically.
I also have an interest in sports and performance psychology. I enjoy helping high performers understand their mindset, build confidence, move through pressure, and enhance both wellbeing and performance.
